Christmas RV style!

Christmas day was pretty much like any other day on the road! Except we didn't cook! We hit the beach for a nice walk to prepare us for the huge tryptophan comatose we would experience later that day! The RV Park owners at the Colonia del Rey supplied the guests with 5 huge turkeys, and we joined about 70 other resort members for a fabulous Christmas dinner! All the great cooks in the park contributed to the meal, and brought their best dish. My favourite was horseradish mashed potatoes! Have you ever tried it? YUMMY!
